I’ve spent over 16 years working alongside boards, executives, senior leaders and people managers. I’m often engaged when situations are sensitive, emotionally charged or unclear, and leaders need steady, credible guidance.

My background spans law, human resources, leadership advisory and executive coaching, underpinned by an Executive MBA. This allows me to work comfortably at both the human and strategic levels — creating spaces that are psychologically safe yet thoughtfully challenging.
